My stay at Take 1 Guesthouse was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the subway and surrounded by great places to eat. However, I found the cleanliness of certain areas, particularly the shared spaces, to be lacking. While the price was affordable and breakfast was included, I did notice some issues that detracted from my overall comfort.
